Exhibits Department
Introduction

The Exhibits Department at the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum is committed to building and maintaining the highest quality of museum exhibits. Our focus is to interpret and disseminate information on the Seminole Tribe in a two and three-dimensional manner. It is highly important for the exhibits department to catch the visitor's attention through artifacts, text panels, audio/ visual media, tactile and hands on components. We strive to meet this criteria when planning, building and installing exhibits. The Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum presents two to three temporary exhibitions annually and also features outstanding permanent exhibits that highlight the museum's extensive collection of Seminole cultural objects. Combined, the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum at Big Cypress Reservation and our satellite museum at Hollywood Reservation features 10 different exhibit galleries for our visitors to explore and learn about the Seminole Tribe and its history.
